CONDUCT YOUTH SPORTS PROGRAM - GIRLS FASTPITCH. STRIVES TO PROVIDE A FOUNDATION OF INTEGRITY, SELF-CONFIDENCE, DISCIPLINE, SPORTSMANSHIP, AND COMPETITIVE FUN THROUGH INVOLVEMENT IN ORGANIZED SPORTS IN THE COMMUNITY. COMMUNITY BENEFITS: WILL ALLOW YOUNG FEMALE ATHLETES TO PARTICIPATE IN A FAST GROWING SPORT WITHOUT HAVING TO LEAVE THEIR OWN COMMUNITY. WILL ADD ANOTHER OPTION FOR ORGANIZED YOUTH SPORTS IN THE COMMUNITY TO KEEP PACE WITH THE GROWTH OF SMYRNA. WILL HELP INSTILL A SENSE OF TEAMWORK, DEDICATION, CONFIDENCE, WORK ETHIC AND PRIDE IN THE YOUTH OF OUR COMMUNITY. WILL PROVIDE TRAINING FOR YOUNG GIRLS SO THAT THEY MAY PARTICIPATE IN SCHOOL ATHLETICS IF THEY DESIRE WHICH MAY LEAD TO COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS.
