SNAP ONE CARES HAS BEEN ORGANIZED, PURSUANT TO THE UTAH NONPROFIT CORPORATION AND COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION ACT, AS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION TO OPERATE AS A BUSINESS LEAGUE WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THE CORPORATION EXISTS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED.
