Mission Statement

S.O.A.R. Hospitality & Travel YLC, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit empowering youth in underserved communities to excel academically and lead in hospitality, travel, business, and entrepreneurship. SOAR seeks to provide educational opportunities to underrepresented youth in High School who desire to pursue career paths in Hospitality and Business. 1. Hybrid Business & Entrepreneurship Bootcamp This core program is designed to equip youth with foundational business knowledge and entrepreneurial skills through a combination of virtual and in-person instruction. Since its inception, the bootcamp has served approximately 180 participants, with 78 graduates from 2021 to 2024. Currently, 50 scholars are enrolled in the 2025 cohort. Participants receive training in business planning, financial literacy, and leadership, empowering them to pursue real-world ventures and career goals. 2. International Internship Program Our annual international internship offers youth real-world, cross-cultural wo
