TO BRING DIVERSE MUSIC OF MANY GENRES IN ORDER TO BRING ADDITIONAL CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO THE RESIDENTS OF MIDDLETOWN, OHIO AND THE REGION AND TO USE FUNDS DERIVED FROM THOSE EFFORTS TO REHAB AND REVITALIZE A 128 YEAR OLD THEATER.
