Mission Statement
To reverse the US Navy's expansion of EA18-G Growler training on Whidbey Island, WA. To bring together several local organizations engaged in reducing noise in the region to build a base and impart information on the harms to the people, environment and economy of military jet operations over civilian and fragile environmental areas. To work with our legislators to require the Navy to monitor jet noise and to seek other locations to locate these military assets.
