IT WAS INCORPORATED ON JANUARY 8,1974 TO PROVIDE COUNSELING SERVICES, DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT PROGRAMS FOR VICTIMS OF CHILD ABUSE AND HEALTH DELIVERY PROGRAMS FOR THE PRE-SHCOOL CHILDREN WITHOUT COVERAGE. IT IS ALSO INVOLVED IN SCHOOL READINESS, WORKFORCE AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, PREVENTION INITIATIVE, AND RELATIONSHIP-BASED COMMUNITY ORGANIZING PROGRAM.DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2020, THE CENTER RECEIVED FUNDS FROM UNITED WAY, LA COUNTY AND VARIOUS CORPORATIONS.
