TO SUPPORT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES AND LONG-TERM PRESERVATION OF THE HISTORY, CULTURE AND COMMUNITY OF SOUTH CAICOS THROUGH RE-BUILDING AND REVITALIZATION OF COCKBURN HARBOUR'S HISTORIC BUILDINGS, THE QUEEN'S PARADE GROUND AND PUBLIC AREAS OF THE ISLAND. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: WATER, FOOD, SHELTER, CLEAN-UP, CLOTHES/BASIC NEEDS, COUNSELING SERVICES AND CHILDREN'S EDUCATION.
