THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO COMBAT COMMUNITY DETERIORATON AND THE PROBLEMS OF UNEMPLOYMENT AND LIMITED ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY BY AWARDING GRANTS TO NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS PROVIDING DIRECT SERVICES TO FAMILIES AND CHILDREN.
