TO IMPROVE THE BUSINESS CONDITIONS OF THE SOUTHEAST ALASKA CHARTER FISHING INDUSTRY AND SPORTFISHING LODGES. DEVELOP, PROPOSE AND SUPPORT FEDERAL AND STATE OF ALASKA REGULATIONS WHICH HELP ENSURE THE LONG-TERM SUSTAINABILITY OF THE FISH RESOURCES OF SOUTHEAST ALASKA.
