THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY TO PROMOTE THE COMMON INTERESTS OF INDIVIDUAL WOMEN'S FRATERNITY AND SORORITY CHAPTERS AND PANHELLENIC COUNCILS THAT IS CONDUCIVE TO THE WELFARE OF THE WOMEN'S FRATERNITY/SORORITY SYSTEM IN THE UNITED STATES. IN FURTHERENCE OF SUCH PURPOSES, BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION, SUCH PURPOSES SHALL INCLUDE: A. TO EXCHANGE IDEAS AND PROMOTE FRATERNAL RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, EVENTS, AND RESOURCES; B. TO DEVELOP PROGRAMS, EVENTS, AND INITIATIVIES DESIGNED TO ADDRESS RELEVANT ISSUES PERTAINING TO WOMEN FOCUSING ON TOPICS INCLUDING, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVE TO EMPOWERMENT, CULTURAL, AND DIVERSITY ISSUES, SELF-AWARENESS AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT.
