Mission Statement

Advancement and improvement of all aspects of the profession of tax return preparation and related professional services, in Southern California, through meetings, seminars, communications, publications and other programs and activities;Articulating and advocating the needs and interests of the profession before legislative, administrative, and judicial branches of local and state governments;Cooperating on behalf of the profession with persons and firms directly and through their associations, societies or organizations in matters involving the business and governmental affairs of the profession; and Promulgating policies and conducting activities for the betterment of all those individuals or firms involved in any aspect of the profession.
