COUNSEL YOUNG PEOPLE IN THEIR TRANSITION FROM INCARCERATION. FAITH BASED TEACHING,TRAINING, AND MENTORING TO HELP INCARCERATED YOUTH SUCCESSFULLY TRANSITION BACK INTO THE COMMUNITY.
