SOUTHERN MINNESOTA TOURISM ASSOCIATION (SMTA) IS A TOURISM PROMOTIONAL ORGANIZATION MADE UP OF REPRESENTATIVES FROM 36 COUNTIES IN THE GEOGRAPHIC AREA IDENTIFIED AS THE SOUTHERN MINNESOTA REGION.
