Mission Statement

AS A SMALL EMPLOYER HEALTH CARE ALLIANCE AUTHORIZED BY THE OHIO REVISED CODE, SOCA NEGOTIATES BENEFITS FOR CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE SO THAT THEY, IN TURN, CAN OFFER MUCH-NEEDED BENEFITS TO THEIR CHAMBER MEMBERS. SEVERAL BENEFITS ARE DESIGNED SOLELY FOR BUSINESS OWNERS, THEIR EMPLOYEES, AND THEIR FAMILIES.
