THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND/OR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES INCLUDING ASSISTING STUDENTS FROM MONROE COUNTY FLORIDA TO OBTAIN SCHOLARSHIPS TO THE UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI THROUGH CHARITABLE EFFORTS.
