THE ORGANIZATION ENCOURAGES THE CONTINUED DEVELOPMENT OF DEPENDABILITY, SELF-CONFIDENCE, IMPROVED CONCENTRATION, IMPROVEDBALANCE AND MOTOR SKILLS, PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY, AND SOCIALIZATION.
