Mission Statement

Bring the broadest possible assistance and relief to the French nationals established in Texas in situation of distress or emergency, as well as to their immediate relatives and dependents (the members of the community), including: - Promotion of welfare, - Facilitate, advise, help implement assistance (medical, psychological, legal) to victims of domestic violence or abuse, - Help with administrative tasks in France and in the US - Serve as a source of support for the members of the community in need including raising and distributing funds, whether acquired by gift, contribution, grant or otherwise for said purposes and provide financial assistance to members of the community in need - if necessary and available .
