TO PRESERVE AND FURTHER THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMMON BOND EXISTING BETWEEN ALL PERSONS WHO HAVE HONORABLY SERVED OR ARE SERVING WITH THE JOINT COMMUNICATIONS UNIT OF THE UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES.
