1) SpokeFest seeks to build a healthier population and environment by: a. Providing wholesome activities and entertainment for individuals & families in Spokane and the surrounding communities. b. Promoting bicycle safety, fitness, bicycle maintenance and commuter education. c. Encouraging the use of bicycling as a healthful, enjoyable, energy-efficient & non-polluting form of transportation and recreation. Promoting recreation for the good of the individual and families and general welfare of the community by encouraging physical fitness and participation in SpokeFest, Spokane Bike Everywhere,, Summer Parkways and Kidical Mass programs
