TO PROVIDE TANGIBLE HUMANITARIAN AID TO THE PEOPLE OF BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA AND MONTENEGRO. THE AID IS DISTRIBUTED IN AREAS OF NEED WITHOUT REGARD TO RACE, ETHNIC, NATIONAL, OR RELIGIOUS PERSUASION.
