St. James Housing Trust, Inc.(The agency) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity organization incorporated in 1992 to assist low and moderate income families and individual, including elderly and disabled, in acquiring affordable housing.The agency is governed by a six member, self appointed board, all of whom are residents of the surrounding community.
