THE FOUNDATION MAINTAINS A STRONG FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBITY TO PRUDENTLY INVEST ENDOWMENT HOLDINGS, ADHERE TO DONOR GIFT RESTRICTIONS, AND RELEASE DISTRIBUTIONS TO EDUCATION TO SUPPORT ITS MISSION. EDUCATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, MEDICAL, LITERARY, OR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE CODE.
