THE DELEGATES REPRESENT ROUGHLY 9,300 INDIVIDUAL BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION TRADES WORKERS IN THE ST PAUL, MN, AREA. AS PART OF ITS EFFORTS, THE COUNCIL COORDINATES SPECIAL TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR MINORITY WORKERS.
