TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE UPON THEIR ADJOINING CAMPUSES A BUILDING TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR INSTRUCTION AND PERFORMANCE OF ART, MUSIC, DINING, AND SUCH OTHER USES AS THE SCHOOLS SHALL DETERMINE.
