TO INCREASE KNOWLEDGE OF HORTICULTURE TO ITS MEMBERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC, TO SUPPORT AND ASSIST THE LA AG EXTENSION SERVICE AND NEW MASTER GARDNENERS IN FULFILLING VOLUNTEER COMMITMENT.
