ALL PROGRAMS AND SERVICES ARE ROOTED IN THE BELIEF THAT EVERY CHILD HAS STRENGTHS. TREATMENT SERVICES ENABLE EACH YOUNG PERSON TO IDENTIFY AND CULTIVATE THEIR STRENGTHS IN WAYS THAT ENCOURAGE THEM TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.
