TO SUPPORT AND IMPROVE THE TOLEDO START HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS PROGRAM, RECOGNIZE INDIVIDUAL STUDENT ATHLETE AND TEAM ACHIEVEMENTS, AND PARTICIPATE IN PROJECTS THATWILL HAVE A PERMANENT IMPACT ON THE SPORTS PROGRAMS.
