The mission of Stepping Stones Riding Program is pair rescued boarded or donated horses with people of Ventura County and the surrounding communities to enrich the lives of both. Stepping Stones Riding Program provides low cost riding lessons to members of the community. To keep costs low the program uses volunteers to manage all horses and property.
