TO PROVIDE MEMBERS WITH OPPORTUNITIES FOR EDUCATION ABOUT MATTERS RELATING TO THE NEEDS, MORALE, AND WELFARE OF THE UNITED STATES MILITARY FORCES DEPLOYED AROUND THE GLOBE, AND TO ENCOURAGE AND SUPPORT EFFORTS TO IMPROVE THE MORALE AND WELFARE OF THESE TROOPS. TO RAISE FUNDS TO FURTHER THE GOALS OF THE ORGANIZATION.
