SUCH GRANTS USUALLY REQUIRE COMPLIANCE WITH PRESCRIBED GRANT CONDITIONS AND OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIC TO CERTAIN PROGRAMS INCLUDING THE FURNISHING OF CERTAIN AMOUNTS OF FUNDS DISBURSED ON BEHALF OF QUALIFIED APPLIANTS FOR ASSISTANCE.
