OUR GOAL WAS TO INCREASE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE POTENTIAL ENVIRONMENTAL AND ECONOMIC BENEFITS TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND COUNTY OF SANTA BARBARA BY REDUCING THIS SEEPAGE POLLUTION BY WAY OF PRODUCING THE UNDERLYING OIL AND GAS RESERVES.
