OUR ACTIVITIES DEVELOP THE FOLLWING: CAREER AWARENESS WORK-BASED LEARNING EXPERIENCES SEAMLESS PATHWAYS TO INDUSTRY-RECOGNIZED CREDENTIALS EDUCATION & BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS STEP EXPANDS CAPACITY TO ENGAGE BUSINESSES IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE PUBLIC- SCHOOL SYSTEMS AND COMMUNITY COLLEGES TO INCREASE CAREER EXPOSURE, EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT, AND TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES FOR LOCAL STUDENTS.
