Arts Education. Performances, workshops. To increase art discourse in the public sphere. To mentor young artists through poetry, recitation, song, theater, oratory. Street Cry Inc. creates and produces interactive and site-specific theatrical performances with a spoken, shouted, whispered, cried, or sung component. Street Cry Inc. offers signature workshops and developmental creation processes to generate original works of poetry, song, and theater, with a special interest in: youth, women, refugees, immigrants, gay asylum seekers, LGBTQI, the disabled and impoverished. Street Cry Inc makes history visible and audible through song and story for contemporary society.
