TO GENERATE AND MANAGE CONTRIBUTIONS DONATED FOR THE PURPOSES OF SUPPORTING THE STUDEBAKER NATIONAL MUSEUM OPERATIONS OF A HISTORICAL MUSEUM PROVIDING HOUSING, DISPLAY AND RESTORATION FACILITIES FOR A COLLECTION OF HISTORICAL VEHICLES, ARCHIVES AND VARIOUS ARTIFACTS RELATED TO THE STUDEBAKER AUTOMOBILE CORPORATION AND THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
