TO UTILIZE THE DISPROPORTIONATE ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL POWER INVESTED IN SUBURBAN COMMUNITIES IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE INTERSECTIONAL EQUALITY IN OUR OWN RESIDENTIAL AREAS AND IN OUR URBAN AND RURAL NEIGHBORING COMMUNITIES.
