SUMMER PROGRAM FOR YOUTH, DBA SUPPORTIVE PARTNERSHIPS FOR YOUTH AND OFTEN REFERRED TO AS SPY, IS AN ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO EMPOWERING UNDERPRIVILEGED ELEMENTARY-AGED CHILDREN IN THE CARLISLE AREA. SPY'S MISSION IS TO HELP THESE CHILDREN LEARN AND GROW ACADEMICALLY, SOCIALLY, AND EMOTIONALLY. BY OFFERING FREE, QUALITY ENRICHMENT PROGRAMMING SPECIFICALLY TO ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED STUDENTS, THE GOAL IS TO ENSURE MORE EQUITABLE ACCESS TO EXPERIENCES AND RELATIONSHIPS THAT ENRICH A CHILD'S LIFE, ENHANCE THEIR ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE, AND GIVE EVERY CHILD AN OPPORTUNITY TO THRIVE.
