THE MISSION OF SUMMITWEST CARE IS TO SERVE THE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY WITH HIGHLY TECHNICAL AND SKILLED HEALTH CARE AT HOME FOR PEOPLE OF ALL AGES. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES SUPPORTIVE HOME-BASED SERVICES, INCLUDING CHARITY CARE. THE AGENCY AND STAFF OFTEN COOPERATE WITH OTHERS TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES AND PROGRAMS IN COMMUNITY SETTINGS FOR THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY INCLUDING FALL PREVENTION, AS WELL AS EMERGENCY AND PANDEMIC PREPAREDNESS.
