Mission Statement

Sunday Breakfast Mission, Inc. (the Mission), located in Wilmington, Delaware, is a Christian institution in its 131st consecutive year of operation, whose purpose is to provide the Gospel of Jesus Christ and provide shelter, Christian substance abuse programming, education, and other services to hungry men, women, and children, and physical and spiritual assistance to the poor in Jesus' name. The Mission's capacity is 298 beds, which consist of 70 overnight beds, 80 overflow and 48 resident-men's beds, and 100 beds for women and families. The residents are former homeless men and women in the Mission's Christian rehabilitation program.
