Mission Statement

Providing fitness and nutrition counseling for youth to combat the childhood obesity epidemic. We train young people to move there bodies and how to properly fuel themselves. We have hosted free 5k walks, rowing classes, weightlifting classes, nutritional meetings, yoga classes and wellness consultations for 100s of people.
