Mission Statement

TNSTEP provides information and assistance to families of youth with disabilities, age birth-26, to prepare them to be effective advocates for their childrens education. We help youth with disabilities to become self-advocates for the life they want, and we work collaboratively with educators and the community to improve results for TN students.
