THE SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDE: A FULLY STAFFED 24-HOUR A DAY HOTLINE (INCLUDING INFORMATION AND REFERRAL AND CRISIS COUNSELING), EMERGENCY SHELTER SERVICES TO THOSE FLEEING ABUSE, TRANSITIONAL LIVING PROGRAM, SUPPORTIVE COUNSELING, SAFETY PLANNING, SUPPORT GROUPS, CHILDREN'S SUPPORT GROUPS AND ACTIVITIES, LEGAL ADVOCACY AND ACCOMPANIMENT, CIVIL LEGAL REPRESENTATION, BILINGUAL AND BICULTURAL THERAPY SERVICES, MEDICAL ADVOCACY AND ACCOMPANIMENT, SYSTEM ADVOCACY AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION. SERVICES ARE OFFERED IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH - OTHER LANGUAGE NEEDS AND SPECIAL NEEDS ARE ACCOMODATED.
