SD USA is organized for scientific, educational and charitable purposes including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations within the meaning of Section 501 (c) 3 of the United States Internal Revenue code (or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code) to promote the general welfare of humankind.
