TO OPERATE EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986 ("IRC") AND MORE SPECIFICALLY TO PROMOTE THE HEALTH OF THE CITIZENS OF SWISHER COUNTY, TEXAS AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES.
