TO PRESERVE ITEMS WHICH RELATE TO FAMILIES, BUSINESSES AND INDUSTRIES OF THE SYRACUSE-WAWASEE AREA AND WHICH WILL SERVE TO FOSTER A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF PEOPLE AND EVENTS WHICH HAVE MADE THE COMMUNITY WHAT IT IS TODAY.
