WE ACCOMPLISH THIS THROUGH AS A SNOHOMISH COUNTY CERTIFIED FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER AS OUR CENTRAL PROGRAM AND OUR UNHOUSED OUTREACH PROGRAM, KIDZ CLUB AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM, COMMUNITY DINNER, AND GROWING TOGETHER TEEN MOMS GROUP TO BRING HOLLISTIC PROGRAMMATIC SUPPPORT TO OUR COMMUNITY.
