Mission Statement

THE ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE ENHANCED SERVICES WHICH INCLUDE MAINTENANCE, SAFETY, BEAUTIFICATION, TRANSPORTATION, AND MARKETING SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES, ABOVE AND BEYOND THOSE PROVIDED BY THE CITY OF TAMPA, FOR THE BENEFIT OF DOWNTOWN TAMPA, SPECIFICALLY KNOWN AS THE SPECIAL SERVICES DISTRICT (SSD), ALLEVIATING THE CITY OF TAMPA'S BURDEN TO PROVIDE SUCH ENHANCED SERVICES.
