THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE TEDDY MALONEY '88 FOUNDATION IS TO HONOR THE MEMORY OF PROCTOR ACADEMY ALUMNUS TEDDY MALONEY, WHO LOST HIS LIFE ON SEPTEMBER 11TH, BY SUPPORTING THE SCHOOL COMMUNITY THAT SHAPED HIS CLOSEST FRIENDSHIPS. THROUGH THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE TEDDY MALONEY '88 SCHOLARSHIP FUND, THE FOUNDATION AIMS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO STUDENTS AT PROCTOR WHILE PRESERVING TEDDY'S LEGACY OF CAMARADERIE, TOGETHERNESS, AND SCHOOL SPIRIT. ANCHORED BY ANNUAL FUNDRAISING EFFORTS LIKE THE "BIG DOG CLASSIC" GOLF TOURNAMENT, THE FOUNDATION FOSTERS LASTING CONNECTIONS AMONG ALUMNI AND ENSURES TEDDY'S SPIRIT CONTINUES TO INSPIRE FUTURE GENERATIONS.
