TEENS OF TOMORROW IS A PROGRAM THAT ALLOWS TEENS AN OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN THE PROCESS OF BUSINESS, SALESMANSHIP, AND WORK ETHIC. THE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO HELP TEENS LEARN DEPENDABILITY, ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY, AND DEVELOP MARKETABLE JOB SKILLS. THE ORGANIZATION WILL ACHIEVE ITS SPECIFIC PURPOSE BY PROVIDING SUPERVISED INSTRUCTION IN MARKETING, SALES, AND OTHER BUSINESS TECHNIQUES. THE PARTICIPANTS WILL THEN PROCEED TO SELL A PRODUCT (USUALLY PREMANUFACTURED AND PACKAGED FOOD ITEMS) DOOR TO DOOR AND RECEIVE COMPENSATION FROM THE ORGANIZATION FOR THEIR EFFORTS.
