AMONG OTHER LAWFUL CRITERIA, SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS MAY BE SELECTED BASED UPON ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT, POTENTIAL FOR SUCCESS IN THE PRACTICE OF LAW, AND FINANCIAL NEED.
