TO PROMOTE THE IMPROVEMENT AND ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION THROUGH AND IMPROVED SCHOOL PLANT MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS. TO PROVIDE MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION SERVICES AT THE LOWEST COSTS.
